Chile en Nogada

Every Wednesday my buddies and I go to a cooking class, and last week we made Chiles en Nogada, which is a very typical mexican dish. It is a Poblano chili filled with a bunch of fruits and ground pork meat smothered in a walnut-cream sauce and topped off with pomegranate seeds. With all these ingredients, the three colors of the mexican flag are in the dish. It tasted even BETTER than it looks haha.
